Order Quantities

Screen Printing Minimum: While there is no minimum it is best to have at least 24 pieces as the price is based on quantity, Price decreases with an increase in quantity. The cost for setup is the same no matter the size of the order, so the cost per piece is, therefore, higher with a smaller order.

 

Production Time

Standard turnaround time is 2.5-3 weeks from the approval of artwork proof and the receipt of payment.  Allow additional time for holidays.  Time will vary depending on the season. The spring, summer, and fall through December are the busiest times of years and it is possible to take a little longer sometimes as all jobs are custom and screen printing is a labor-intensive operation with many tasks that lead up to the actual printing.  Large orders, over 300 pieces, and orders with multiple locations and many colors will take longer.  We will let you know what the time needed would be.

Please let us know if you have a specific due date, you may when placing your order.  We will let you know if it is possible to honor your request.

 

Rush Orders

If you need an order expedited, you will incur a rush order fee.  Rush orders are not always possible due to how busy we may be.  The first day of a rush order is when deposit is received, and artwork is received and approved as well as when a deposit is received.  Deposits received after 1pm will start the following business day.  See below for pricing.

 

Payment

All orders must be paid with a 50% deposit. Sometimes there are exceptions: if our apparel cost is more than half the cost of the job we will require additional payment. We will let you know if this is the case. Often this happens with name brand products and larger items such as jackets and coats. We require partial payment up front because we have to purchase the apparel and accessories from vendors.
Accepted payment types are cash, check, and credit or debit card. All major credit cards are accepted. We invoice jobs using QuickBooks and accept payment online as well.
Net 15 and Net 30 terms are only offered to approved schools, organizations, and contract accounts.

 

Cancellations

Orders canceled before printing will be charged a restocking fee and return shipping as we are charged by our vendors.
Orders canceled after the art is approved and printing is complete will not be refunded as we are not able to return the goods after they are printed. Usually, this is only the deposit as we don’t require full payment up front.

 

Rush Order Pricing

Rush order fees are based on the number of days and a percentage of the total cost of the order.
Next day - (24 hours) 100%
Three days -75%
Five days - 50%
Seven days - 25%

 

Customer Art

The following file types are accepted:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
Encapsulated PostScript (.eps)
Portable Document Format (.pdf) - this should be an editable pdf if multiple colors are desired
PHOTOSHOP FILES: (.psd)
All customer supplied art will need to be checked to be sure if it is screen ready. We will let you know if any editing is needed to make it work.

Art Editing and Creation

Customers must approve art that we edit or create art for you.

Proof approval

Prior to printing the customer will receive a proof for approval with printing details and a digital proof of the art on the items to be printed. The proof will also state the size and color(s) of the print.

Customer Supplied Apparel

There is a setup fee required for customer supplied apparel. There are additional charges for removing stickers and unbagging. We must approve of the apparel used for printing. Some fabrics may not be suitable for screen printing. Most cotton, polyester, and cotton-poly are acceptable. Some uncommon blends or very thin fabrics may not work well with the process.
Although we rarely make mistakes with all the precautions taken, it does happen occasionally as we are human. In the case of misprints on customer supplied goods, we do not replace items. We will replace it when goods are ordered from us. That is another reason it is advantageous to order from us.
Please provide a list of items that includes the following: Brand, Styles, Color Sizes, and quantities.
